Staff can easily manage the entire process: view new orders, start preparation, and mark dishes as served or ready for pickup. You can also define product categories that are routed directly to the kitchen. This way, the kitchen only sees the items relevant to them, and serving takes place only after the kitchen has marked the dishes as ready.
